About the event
Set in the gardens of the beautiful Archbishop's Palace, Otford, MIDSUMMER is an energetic one act piece that is perfect for a new generation of Shakespeare's audiences.
Those who know and love the original will find something new in the story they already know and the script cleverly incorporates lines from all of Shaespeare's other plays, embedded in such a way that you would think they had been a part of this story all along.
This piece also has a very strong Eco message, which is so important for today's audience, therefore the setting for the piece will incorporated recycled art made in connection with local schools.
