We have ANOTHER exciting announcement!

Following the success of Midsummer at The Archbishop’s Palace in Otford last year, Sevenoaks Shakespeare will be returning next year with a brand new production.

SHREWED! Is our very own adaptation of Shakespeare’s well loved classic The Taming of the Shrew, set in the 1940’s against a backdrop of blitz spirit and British wartime fortitude, with live music provided by an amazing band throughout. But don’t let the time period fool you, this is a show for contemporary audiences too!

We are looking for seven actors for this ensemble, there’s no need to prepare anything just turn up, give it a read and we will contact you regarding recalls and casting. So save the date and we will see you then. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to message us:
